How did Jonathan learn art? What would he suggest for someone learning art?
I first learned to draw from picking up Jim Lee X-Men Comics and Cards and trying to redraw his artwork. it helped me to define where the lines are that make up the image of a human body. I would suggest that even if you don’t have a lot of money just grab some cheap copy paper a number 2 pencil and draw off of every magazine, newspaper and comic you come across. you’ll eventually get good off of repatition alone.
