Jami was my step-sister from Bogalusa, she was living in California married to Jo-el, my step-mother Marie Talbot (Alford) and my father flew out there. She had open heart surgery, I am not sure of the time between her surgery and death, she is buried at Ponemah Cemetary in Bogalusa, La.
