How did imperialism affect the people of Indonesia?
Mostly it affects the economic side. What with the debt they left us, Indonesia is still working hard to pay all debts. Second is the education. Imperialism planted in the people’s mind that education is not important. The most important thing is how to produce more and more spices in order to be paid. But now education is a priority. The government of Indonesia has made sure of that.
