How did I get chondromalacia?
chondromalacia Cool – I have the exact same thing. I’ve struggled with it for about 15 years – did some physio which didn’t work. Last year I tried the physio again and it seems to be working better since I’m putting a lot of effort into it – it’s about 30 minutes in the morning and 30 at night. The knee doesn’t feel great but things like running don’t affect it as much as before.
