How did Hitler bring Germany up from economic depression and social chaos?
To answer simply, he started a war. To be more in depth; this led to increased spending and manufacturing, thus more jobs etc. Wars can be great for boosting economies. As for the social chaos thing, I don’t think he “brought them up” from it, instead I believe he just created more. The chaos just shifted to the minority groups he viewed as undesirable and lesser when he started to have them killed or imprisoned. He used what he considered the injustices of the Versailles Peace Treaty (the War Guilt Clause etc), and promised that Germany would gain a strong foothold in the world under his leadership. He was able to convince many Germans when their country was in a time of weakness and anger that he was the best choice for them, and he was a very good public speaker, which help him be even more persuasive.
