Through the submission of a 19 page, self-evaluation form proving, with documentary evidence, that Hawks fulfilled the specified criteria. Hawks’ evidence included copies of certificates, codes of conduct, registers, press cuttings and even the fundraising calendar (which really impressed the judges!).
