How Did Face Lift Techniques Evolve Over Time?
Even ancient Egyptians and Romans recorded techniques for giving the face a more youthful appearance, but contemporary face lift techniques have developed over the course of the last century. The first face lift is usually attributed to Eugen Hollander who performed the surgery in Germany in 1901. Face lifts were rare in these times for several reasons.
