Henry had three children, as you know. Edward became king first: from 1547 to 1553. Then, there was this big thing about Edward having declared Lady Jane Gray (The Nine Days’ Queen) Queen, there was this big revolt. Mary reigned from 1553- 1558. Then she died childless, like her brother, and Elizabeth became Queen, as once again that is what Henry had in his will.
