How did Dubai make so much progress in so little time?
I’m from Dubai and i can surely tell you that is because of his His Highest Shaikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum the ruler of Dubai, he had a clear vision of the future and what he want Dubai to be, i don’t think it’s just the money and oil, most of the countries on the Gulf have oil but they didn’t use it like Dubai did 🙂
