How did Drew Carey lose weight?
Drew Carey, former host of "The Drew Carey Show" and "Whose Line is it Anyway?", lost a remarkable 80 pounds since January because he was "sick of being fat."
His secret? Nothing fancy! Regular diet and exercise is his key to success. He has completely cut carbohydrates and starches and works out with 45 minutes of cardio 6 times a week. Now, he only drinks water–no coffee, no tea, no soda.
He has dropped 10 pant sizes but doesn’t want to stop there. Carey wants to lose another 10 lbs until he is a lean size 32.
His inspiration? He jokes about wanting to look like Bob Barker at 85. In reality, he wants to be able to see his fiancee’s son grow up and play with him without getting tired.
This just proves that regular diet and exercise is the key to a healthy lifestyle.
