These have proven to be very efficient programs and are recognized nationwide. The programs excel in their research and ability to carry out clinical interventions and were chosen for these reasons. I think we have demonstrated that we have an efficient system to receive, review, and disperse funds in a relatively short period of time of about 90 days. In addition, we have a proven system that is able to regulate and monitor clinical interventions. In particular, an organization such as Avon does not have to go through establishing an infrastructure that NCI has already built. We have proven programs like the SPORE program and the cancer centers program that are vetted in the community and have been proven to be very efficient at running clinical trials.
