How did Angies List decide that reports are “current” for up to 3 years?
Simple – we asked our members. In a 2008 survey, members let us know that, on average, they consider a report to be relevant for 3 years. Because we like to provide our members with the information that they find most helpful, we use a 3-year time frame to reflect a provider’s recent body of work.
