Lots of things. THe entire Passover is a commemoration of The Jewish Nation being born as a culture, as a baby goes forth in birth, from its mother, to freedom, to life. We eat Matzah at Passover because it is unleavened bread which commemorates leaving Egypt because when the Jewish Nation got up to leave they made provisions quickly and didn’t have time to let their bread rise, so they were eating matzah then as well. Jewish people are forbidden from settling or going back to Egypt today. The Maharal (a Torah Scholar from the 1500’s) said that the Jewish Nation was “Cultivating” within Eygpt for 210 years.
