The age of exploration lead to the enlightenment because after people realized about all the new and wonderful things in the world because the explorers had been able to go back through Asia and the trade routes and that helped reopen the trade routes which led to the Arts being re-disocvered and people wanting to learn which led to the Enligtenment and the Renissance-Hope i helped!
