For all major vendor partners, from time-to-time, AEP takes a formal look through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process, to see if there is another vendor partner who could better provide a particular service or expertise. AEP went through that process in selecting JPMorgan as the new Retirement Savings Plan provider.
