How detailed will the conceptual design be? Will it truly give area residents impacted by the project an accurate picture of the design and its impact?
The conceptual/preliminary design evolves throughout the process from general information (photographs) to detailed right of way plans showing the construction limits and exact right of way and easements acquired for the project. The Department presents as much information to the public as is available during the public involvement process and will continue to update that information as available.
