How dark is it on the dark side of the moon?
There is no such thing as the dark side of the moon. It’s not even a figure of speech; it’s just bad science. The sun rises and sets at all locations on the Moon. Night on the far side will be as dark as a very dark very remote night sky on Earth. Night on the near side will be quite bright, since Earth will be in the sky, and is much brighter in the Moon’s sky than the Moon is in Earth’s sky.
