In today’s world the most preventable cause of death is tobacco use. 5 million people die each year around the world because of tobacco use. If this trend keeps up, we can expect about 8 million people to die from tobacco use by the year 2030. Each year about one in five people die from tobacco use or second hand smoke in the United States. Tobacco smokers end up dieing on average about 13 to 14 years earlier than non smokers. Smoking causes so many different kinds of diseases. Lung Cancer, Ischemic Heart Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Strokes, other kinds of Cancers and many other diagnoses of diseases.
