How current is the information?
The available balance for checking and savings accounts is real-time and will change based on your activity. All other information entered after 2:30 p.m. is considered to be received the next business day. Balances are real-time, however your history may not reflect transactions that were processed until the next business day.
Web sites should be reviewed and updated on a regular basis. It is particularly important that medical information be current. The most recent update or review date should be clearly posted. Even if the information has not changed, you want to know whether the site owners have reviewed it recently to ensure that it is still valid.
