How current is the information?
All account information is current as of the date of our last processing. If teller transactions or electronic transactions, such as Direct Deposit and Social Security payments are received during the day, we will memo post them to your account so that you will be able to view them. ATM and POS items will not be memo posted during the day.
All posted transactions are immediately viewable as Bank ‘N Pay is online/real time with the Bank’s customer database. Transactions, such as transfers between two accounts, will update the main customer database immediately. However some transactions, such as foreign ATM and debit card transactions can take longer periods to clear, and will not be deducted from your account balance until they have cleared.
Around the 15th date of each month, the Payroll Office updates your balances based on your leave accrual rate less any time reported as used during the previous pay period. “Last Processed Date” displays the date your leave time was last reported or accrued, normally at the end of each pay period.
eSolutions by Pathfinder is an Online/Realtime internet banking solution. This means that your account information is always current. There is a period from 6:00pm on Friday evening until 6:00am the next business day, where transactions are not updated. They will update at 6:00am the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays are not Business Days.
