A few things you want to do to start will is junk that old 1 Bbl carburetor and manifold, put on a 4 bbl intake and carb. This will increase your HP an additional 40 HP. Improve the exhaust flow out of the engine will help as well. They also have better cams, valves, springs, exhaust manifold, and other modifications. Better pistons.
