How could Paris(the capital of France) increase its appeal to different type of visitors?
When you say increase its appeal, there really is not that much left to do to upgrade this fine city in order to increase tourism. Of course we are going thru’ harsh economical times at present and tourism is at a low, but if we we are to promote new ways to bring in more money from foreign customers, one needs create tours that bring young people like yourself thru’ school field trips, religious organisations could hold their conventions here, in Paris, sporting activities aimed at Young people’s tournaments like football ( soccer ) , which is always a crowd puller. Perhaps hostels aimed at specific groups ( young, low income employees ) could , with the aid of the Paris tourism board create a welcome pack whereby tourist agencies that bring customers to Paris get discount privileges . Education & tourism thru’ learning a new language is an ideal way to learn a new culture and theirs no price one can put on that ! Hope some of that helps…
