In America, we call a ‘dental nurse’ a dental assistant. There are a few ways you could gain experience in this field. First of all, you could go to a community college that offers the dental assistant program (I know of assistants who were finished within four months or you could go the two years and become a dental hygienist and make more money but be doing the same task day in day out.) You will have clinicals in school where you will practice to gain your experience before they let you work professionally. Some colleges have free dental clinics where they gain more experience. Other routs you could take you could go to a Health Department to start practicing, I believe they generally require less experience. You need to look around to see if any dentists are advertising paid and non-paid internships and if not give them your resume.
