How could I fix problems with call delay and grabbled Calls?
The problem you are having is your IP Phone or ATA is sending the wrong information to the server and because of that you will be experiencing some problems. To fix these problems you need to change some of the advance settings in your IP Phone or ATA. 1. RTP Packet Size image available must be 20ms (not 10 / 30 / 40ms). If you are using the Linksys Product the format is 0.020 (not 0.010 / 0.030 / 0.040) image available 2. Preferred Codec must be G729a or G711a (not G711u, this is not supported with Australian Interconnect Networks. G711u is only designed to work with US Networks).
