How could I change the language of the Web system interface?

The web system interface has the option of three different languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese. The language option could be made at the moment of the user registration. Or after that in the web system. To do that, you have to connect to the system, then click on “ID Uptade []”, and finally change language option. As in any other modification, this one will only be made after the user send an confirmation, following the instructions he will receive in the e-mail associated to his User ID.
