Hi Guernica is a “Testimony of War.” It is modern art’s most powerful antiwar statement… created by the twentieth century’s most well-known and least understood artist, Pablo Picasso, in the year 1937. The painting’s statement of war could easily apply to the unrest in the Middle East in today’s times.
