How contagious is scabies?
Scabies is highly contagious and if left untreated, can get worse. Any race or age, regardless of personal hygiene, can be affected. A person can contract Scabies as simply as being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Many of our customers report contracting Scabies from sleeping in motels, movie theater seats, sitting on a couch at a friend’s home or wearing clothing belonging to someone else. This is not just a sexually transmitted disease.
