The St. Nicholas Building Committee spent several months and significant resources to cost-estimate and value-engineer our Phase 1 Worship-Fellowship-Education Center before negotiating a fixed-price construction contract with Hopkins and Porter, LLC, our building contractor. We are very confident that we can stay within budget.
