The constipation is most common in the children. It is likely to happen when the children does not drink enough the water, milk or other fluids. You have to give the healthy diet with fiber to children. Fiber is found in the foods such as cereals, grains, fruits and vegetables. If your child eats a diet high in fat and refined sugars, he or she is probably not getting the enough fiber, which may result in the constipation.
It’s pretty common. The No. 1 reason in younger infants and children is they drink a lot of milk, and dairy products are extremely constipating, and formula has iron, which is constipating.
