How committed to Ashtanga do I need to be to participate?

All trainees will maintain a consistent Ashtanga practice for the duration of the course. Participants will be accepted into the course who either: have some established Ashtanga practice, used to practise Ashtanga and are “re-starting”, or have an established yoga practice of some kind and are willing to build an Ashtanga practice. Please note that before starting the course, all trainees must be familiar with and practising the Ashtanga series. Those who interested in the training but are not yet familiar with Ashtanga are advised to attend Dylan or Clayton’s Ashtanga classes and decide if they feel like pursuing this course of study. Should they choose to apply, they will be able to establish a practice by participating in led and Mysore-style classes, Ashtanga intensives and workshops.
