I just received my Crocs Athens purchased here on Amazon. I was so excited to get them after seeing all the positive reviews and knowing the good reputation of Crocs. So I immediately opened the box and tried them on. They are soooo comfy, but unfortunately they run really big. I am a true Womens size 7 and ordered the Mens 5/Womens 7 but they were way too big on me. Mostly in width and the straps of the thongs didn’t even fit my foot. I had a slight bit of extra room in the length too, but had they not been too wide and too loose it would not have bothered me. So I have to return them, and unfortunately I am not able to “exchange” them (I am guessing because they come from somewhere other than and amazon facility maybe??? Who knows). The return process was a BREEZE, I simply filled out a screen here online as to why I needed to return, printed a RMA, a prepaid shipping label and I will hand it to my Mail Carrier for return!
