This can be caused by using the non-native drivers. Use the native drivers built into ME: Unplug the ImageMate Go to Start>>Programs>>ImageMate>>Uninstall ImageMate driver. Go to Start>>Run>>Type in Regedit Select (click on plus + sign next to) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Select (click on plus + sign next to) Enum Select (click on plus + sign next to) USB Highlight VID_0781&PID_XXXX Hit delete key, OK to delete entry, close registry editor. Restart Plug the reader into the system Note: Do not install the CD.
