How come we never see the Sailor Senshi un-transform?

We do see some of the Sailor Senshi untransform a couple of times in the series. Whenever Sailor Moon’s brooch is broken, her transformation becomes a bunch of ribbons. This goes the same for Chibi-Usa. However, in Sailor Moon S episode 115, we see Sailor Uranus untransform from behind. Her Sailor Senshi uniform disappears and she is naked for a second and her regular clothes reappears on her body.
