How come tours aren scheduled on Friday?
Some Zapponians may be off site with vendors, have the option to work flexible hours during the week, or work at home on Fridays which means that many are out of the office. In order to capture the essence of the full Zappos Family experience, tours are only schedule Monday through Thursday. This also gives us time to clean “our home.” Thanks for understanding!
