How come these web pages look so weird and/or all the pictures are kind of chopped up and/or I can read all the text and links?
The generic answer is that “it beats me”, because I sure didn’t design them to look like that. On a more practical level though if you can’t see the text or links are invisible you should check you browser preferences to make sure that you don’t have the option called “ALWAYS use my colors” (or something like that) selected. Turn this off and the link and text colors should display properly. (OF course if you are experiencing this problem this page will look like as blank as the rest of the site so I don’t know why I am bothering to explain how to fix it.I could use more standard colors for text and backgrounds on this page but that would ruin the continuity of the design aesthetic that runs amok on this site and we couldn’t have that.) If the graphics look choppy or things don’t look like they are layed out right it could be that there is a problem (“incompatibility”) between this page and the browser you are using.
