How come there is a recipe in the Browser with “!!!” in the marked column and AccuChef won let me delete it?
The “!!!” indicates that there is an entry in the index (IX) file that points to a non-existing record in the data (RWZ) file. The usual cause is an unusual termination of AccuChef while entering data (like a power failure, re-boot etc). The fix is to select “Rebuild” under the Tools menu in the Browser. This will force AccuChef to rebuild the index file and get rid of the offending entry.
