There are three main reasons: Reason 1: The series is licensed. We do not allow download links of licensed series. See this and this news post for more information. Reason 2: The person that added the release simply didn’t add a public download link here so that you would visit his website or IRC channel Reason 3: No one has scanlated that manga yet. You’ll have to wait until some group decides to translate and scanlate the manga.
