How come the transfer key disappears when I press the flash key?
You do not need to use the flash key to transfer a call. The transfer button performs a flash function already. To perform call handling functions such as transfer, hold, park or conference please use the Transfer, Hold, Park and Conf softkeys. Review the section of the Users Guide titled Screen States and Softkeys.
