There is no real solution for this, and it’s not really an error. The speed you’re seeing at the top of the client is actually the instantaneous speed of your DHT network & tracker establishment speed, in other words, without the technical jargon: This is the projected (predicted) speed of your overall torrent downloads, but not necessarily your real overall torrent download speed. Hence, this is the reason why the overall speed may match the real overall speed of your torrent downloads.
