How come the SAVE and REVERT buttons are disabled when I am adding or editing a record in the transaction screen? How can I save my changes?

If the user switches between the New Construction and Repair/Overhaul pages on the transaction when in the ADD/EDIT mode, these buttons will be disabled. They will be enabled again when the user returns to the original page the ADD/EDIT was initiated in. The data can only be saved or reverted when the user is on the original page.
