How come the PORTACOUNT doesn use a chamber?
The PORTACOUNT does not use a chamber because the challenge aerosol is ever-present in the air we breathe. There is no need to generate and contain the aerosol. These ambient air particles are very small, averaging about 0.05 microns. The PORTACOUNT is sensitive enough to detect these particles.
