How come the insert says if you have a chronic injury start with 3 caps 3x a day then go to normal dosing of 2 caps 2x a day as well then?

Dosing is now 2 caps 10 minutes before breakfast and 2 caps 10 minutes before last meal of the day. Furthermore, you do not require to take the 3 caps 3x a day in my opinion.
