How come the edges of the JAVOScreen are not flat on my screen?
If your screen’s edges are completely flat, please give JAVOScreen some time to adjust to your screen. Usually a week is enough time, the edges will start to grab better onto your screen. If your screen is slightly sloped or “rolled in” on the edges, then a small area of the edge will stay slightly lifted. This is normal because the stiffness of the JAVOScreen is imposing a stronger force than the silicon material which is trying to keep the JAVOScreen grabbing your screen. Not to worry, the JAVOScreen is able to transfer the light from your screen through the slightly lifted areas and with your device on, it will look as though the edges are clinging on flat.
