Some people still dreaming , asking prices around us 700.00 per sq feet in 1979 buildings at key biscayne !! This is the same prices the new builds are asking … and houses also… In the mean while, people are selling around us 430.00 per sq feet…. And they blame the brokers are not doing their jobs…..
