How come only the Charter decisions are summarized? Are there any plans to summarize the rest of the Supreme Court Decisions?
One has to start somewhere so we decided to do the most high profile and impact Supreme Court decisions first, and the Charter decisions were clearly the strongest candidates. But (for budgetary reasons) one also has to stop somewhere and the money did not reach far enough to let us look at the other constitutional decisions of the Supreme Court in recent years (division of powers, aboriginal rights and the like). If there is a second phase to this project, it would be directed to transforming this site from Supreme Court Charter Decision Summaries to Supreme Court Constitutional Decision Summaries.
