If you are using a very old version of Internet Explorer or Netscape, than that would be the problem. You probably need Internet Explorer 4+ or Netscape 3+. Another would be your explorer encoding. Click “View” on the explorer menu bar. Highlight “Encoding” or “Characters Encoding”. Pick “Unicode (UTF-8) and you should be able to view it correctly. Some site it will not work if they did not type the viet word correctly in the first place.
