How come Microsoft Outlook puts FXM emails into my Junk Email folder?
Outlook incorrectly identifies FXM emails as junk email. This is erroneous behavior by Outlook, not FXM. There are a couple ways to correct this behavior. You can set your junk email settings to low to see if it will resolve the issue. You can also put the sender of the FXM email into your safe senders list. The final way to potentially correct the false junk email classification is by having your FXM administrator edit the FXM email template and remove all the html tags from it. FXM emails will then be sent out as plain text with no formatting, which should prevent the emails from being dropped into your junk email folder.
