How come I sometimes don see the option to pay by credit card (only PayPal) after I click “Checkout”?

The screen you see once you click “Checkout” is determined by a PayPal cookie stored on your computer. If you are a PayPal account holder, PayPal stores a cookie on your computer which tells the checkout system to assume you would like to use PayPal by default. If that cookie does not exist on your computer, then it is assumed you do not have a PayPal account and you get the dual-pay option screen (Credit Card or PayPal). You can “Delete Cookies” on your web browser to clear all cookies and therefore see the dual-pay screen, or, you can simply click the button that says “Click here if you do not have a PayPal account” from the PayPal checkout screen.
