How come I never seem to receive patches or files from Raptr?
The most likely reason is that you have games running. If any game is open, the client will not download files. This is to prevent any interruption to your gameplay that might be caused by the client’s notifications or bandwidth usage. Another common occurrence is your disk quota may be insufficient for incoming files. You should delete some of the downloaded files or increase your quota. (click on the Settings icon, it looks like a gear, then look under the Downloads header) Lastly, you can go to your files tab and see if the files are paused. Files are typically paused when you log off while in the process of downloading.
