Yes, it is the electronic age but we have un-electronic laws. We need your signature on the loan agreement for it to be binding and we’re required to collect identification. Subsequent applications — after we have your initial details and signature – may be made online, subject to verification. For Bill Payments, we may ask you to send us a copy of the bill.
